We will only accept original, unworn, unused HUNTRESS items with swing tickets still attached, free of odours, defects, stains or any signs that the item has been worn, used or altered in anyway.
Courier fees are not refundable
Returns are at a customer’s expense. Customers are to arrange their own courier collection and delivery. We use Postnet to Postnet for returns and exchanges. Please send to the Postnet at Waterfall Corner, Midrand.
HUNTRESS merchandise purchased at independent stores and/or pop-ups must be returned to the point of purchase.
We regret there will be no exchanges/refunds/returns on discounted/sale items. Please check all size measurements, images and descriptions before purchasing a sale item.
Exchanges/credits will only take place once the original item has been received and checked for defects.
Any credit notes issued will not include the original shipping cost.
We accept no liability for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will not be granted to any gift voucher orders.
Vouchers and store credit are valid for 3 years in terms of the CPA
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
All HUNTRESS merchandise is personally checked for quality before dispatch. In the unlikely event of a defective garment receipt please send an email, with an appropriate photograph attached, to info@huntress.co.za as soon as the item is unpacked. Collection and return courier costs will be covered by HUNTRESS.
